Real Chemical, founded shortly after the end of the war in 1945, will celebrate its 70th financial year in July of this year and its 80th year of existence next year.
Japan, this wonderful country of ours, accounts for approximately 40% of the world's 100-year-old companies. Real Chemical, too, aims to join the ranks of this exclusive group and intends to do so by realizing its corporate vision of "Making people beautiful by encouraging them to live life their own way, in good health, and pursuing beauty by spending quality time doing what one loves (passion), what one is good at (talent), and what one considers important (values).” With the help of the techniques and suggestions proposed by hairdressers and beauticians, as well as the agencies that support them, we want people to feel beautiful in their own way regardless of gender, and we deliver products and information to that end. Also, in order to make the earth itself beautiful, we are committed to ensuring that our corporate activities, from the procurement of raw materials and packaging to the manufacturing, use, and disposal of products, do not place an excessive burden on the natural environment. Likewise, we are engaged in research and development activities that reconcile nature and chemistry and do not have a negative impact on the environment in order to contribute to the beauty of the earth and the safety and security of people.
For all of the above reasons, we also take to heart the growth of our employees.
As we strive to develop the Japanese hairdressing and beauty industry while expanding and deepening our relationships with customers around the world from a global perspective, we look forward to your continued guidance.
